Our Appraisals

An appraisal is a written report detailing the valuation of specified items. For each item to be appraised our appraisals document relevant information including, but not limited to, the items measurements, condition, age, and rarity with supporting documentation, comparisons and pictures of each item as needed.

Each appraisal is based on liquidation value, fair market value, or replacement value of the appraised items as needed. Our appraisals range from a single item to an entire estate.

Valuations of all types of construction equipment are conducted using similar methods, regardless of who employs us, owner or bank. We take into consideration any environmental or other concerns that may affect the value of a property.

Certified Appraisers

Joe has vast experience in the equipment marketplace and keeps himself well versed in industry trends. He has completed the GPPA (Graduate Personal Property Appraiser) program where he gained a good working knowledge of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines. He specialized his training in the heavy equipment and construction machinery field. GPPA designated appraisers know not only how to conduct a complete and appropriate appraisal, but also know the various factors that affect the value of their items.
